In summary:

We believe that there is a strong argument that buyers are now in their best position to buy- rates are lower than they will be this summer and inventory levels might be as good as they get, while sellers are still concerned enough to be willing to negotiate offers.

Sellers should be patient as fear and uncertainty begin to wain and they will be rewarded for their time.
